I am responsible for an Industrial Ceramics Company based in Clydebank, Scotland with a £15m turnover and around 200 employees.
 The business is 90% export and very complex, combining both Process and Engineering techniques in the manufacture of over a quarter of a million units per annum on a 24 hour cycle.
 We are also part of the Multi-national Blue Chip parent company, RHI AG, based in Austria. It has around 100 production sites and service offices on five continents with a combined turnover of £1.3 billion and 8,300 employees.
 We run applications for ERP, Lotus Notes, CAD, Visual Graphics Process Control and MS Office/Windows, over a variety of local and remote user networks. We have over 90 users, including remote users, who travel internationally.
 
 We require an 'always on' IT Service: Thompson Partnership provide this kind of IT Service to our 3 sites in the UK.
 
 Michael has been providing the IT Support Services part of the contract to our largest site in Clydebank, since 2003.
 
 In this time Michael has shown a flair for problem solving as well the necessary attitude and skills required in our organisation.
